Earn Your Master of Music in Performance
Beginning in fall 2024, North Park’s School of Music, Art, and Theatre (SMAT) will offer a new Master of Music in Performance (MMP) degree. Professional faculty who are practicing musicians lead the student-centered program in culturally rich Chicago. Coursework includes the theory and practice of music performance, pedagogy, and leadership skills.
This degree prepares and inspires students for a professional musician’s rigorous and multi-faceted career demands. In addition, SMAT aims to equip underrepresented musicians with the opportunity to take on leadership roles in their chosen fields.
